Daniel has an extensive career that covers a diverse set of industries while successfully holding positions in every organizational functional area and level.  Daniel has worked in the following industries:  Automotive; Wood and Furniture; Electronics; Metals; Military; and Non-Profit. He has adroitly led organizations from small to large in size.

Daniel is known for his extensive understanding of how to correctly plan; design and implement organizational performance improvement programs using the concepts; tools and methodology from several continuous improvement philosophies, which include: Lean; the Toyota Production System; Six Sigma; and the Theory of Constraints. The results of Daniel’s leading continuous improvement programs have achieved an average annual cost savings of $4,000,000 or greater sustained for the long-term. Daniel has led over 500 kaizens in his career.
